Gartle Budgeting is a ready-to-use budgeting application.

Analysts can customize dimensions, dimension members, input forms, and output reports.

It contains all the required features for such classes of applications, including permission management.

First of all, here are configured input forms of a sample railway company.

Budget Request 101 Sample of a budget request for user 1 (Sales)
Budget Request 201 Sample of a budget request for user 2 (Expenses)

All the forms are functional. You can change data in budget requests and refresh the reports.
